Summary
(1) The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of various provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities, as well as the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, have compiled a list of replicable practices for the construction of City Information Model (CIM) platforms. This effort aims to promote the development of CIM platforms, in line with the requirements outlined in the "Opinions on Promoting the Construction of New-Type City Infrastructure and Building Resilient Cities" and the "14th Five-Year Plan Outline" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council.
(2) The compiled list, titled "Replicable Practices for CIM Platform Construction (First Batch)", highlights the experiences and practices of various regions in establishing a robust organizational mechanism, building a solid foundation for model data, constructing a CIM base platform, and expanding application scenarios. The document serves as a reference for local authorities to learn from and adopt these best practices in their own CIM platform construction efforts.
