2025年上半年全区一般公共预算和政府性基金预算收支完成情况

Summary

(1)　 In the first half of 2025, Inner Mongolia's general public budget saw a total income of 1605.3 billion yuan, which, after excluding one-time special factors, showed a comparable growth of 3.3% year-on-year. This income consisted of 1102.9 billion yuan in tax revenue and 502.4 billion yuan in non-tax revenue.

(2)　 The total expenditure of Inner Mongolia's general public budget in the first half of 2025 reached 3096.7 billion yuan, a 62.5 billion yuan increase and 2.1% growth compared to the previous year.

(3)　 In the same period, Inner Mongolia's government fund budget saw a total income of 163 billion yuan, which was a decrease of 44.2 billion yuan, or 21.3% compared to the previous year. This decline was mainly due to the decrease in income from the sale of state-owned land use rights.

(4)　 The total expenditure of Inner Mongolia's government fund budget in the first half of 2025 reached 453.4 billion yuan, a 37.9 billion yuan increase and 9.1% growth compared to the previous year. This increase was mainly due to the expanded scale of expenditure for long-term special national debt.
