Summary

(1)　 The Heilongjiang Provincial Government has made several personnel appointments and dismissals. Wang Ge will be appointed as the Chairman of the Heilongjiang Long Coal Industry Holding Group Co., Ltd., effective May 15, 2025, and will no longer serve as the company's General Manager. Zhang Zhongbo has been appointed as the new General Manager of the Heilongjiang Long Coal Industry Holding Group Co., Ltd., also effective May 15, 2025. Yang Shizhi has been appointed as the Chairman of the Heilongjiang Agricultural Investment Group Co., Ltd., effective May 15, 2025. Sun Hongliang and Yue Yuanlin have been appointed as Deputy General Managers of the Northeast Agricultural and Pastoral Group Co., Ltd., effective May 30, 2025.

(2)　 Xu Jingbo has been appointed as the Anti-Terrorism Chief of the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Bureau, effective June 13, 2025. Bu Qi jun has been appointed as the Chief of the Political Security Bureau of the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Bureau, effective June 13, 2025, and will serve a one-year probationary period. Jiang Hao has been appointed as the Political Commissar of the Political Security Bureau of the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Bureau, effective June 13, 2025, and will serve a one-year probationary period. Zhu Wenta has been appointed as the Chief of the Network Security Bureau of the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Bureau, effective June 13, 2025, and will serve a one-year probationary period. Zhao Shouyu has been appointed as the Deputy Director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Government Research Office, effective June 13, 2025, and will serve a one-year probationary period. Liu Yi has been appointed as the Deputy Director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Government's Beijing Liaison Office, effective June 13, 2025, and will serve a one-year probationary period. Wu Shugang has been appointed as the Deputy Director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Grain and Reserve Bureau, effective June 12, 2025, and will serve a one-year probationary period.

(3)　 Wang Jiayi has been relieved of his duties as Chairman of the Heilongjiang Long Coal Industry Holding Group Co., Ltd., effective May 15, 2025, and has retired. Chang Yuchun has been relieved of his duties as Chairman of the Heilongjiang Agricultural Investment Group Co., Ltd., effective May 15, 2025. Jiang Qinghai has been relieved of his duties as Deputy General Manager of the Northeast Agricultural and Pastoral Group Co., Ltd., effective May 30, 2025. Zuo Wei has been relieved of his duties as Vice Director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Audit Bureau, effective June 13, 2025.
