Summary

(1)　 The Dalian Maritime University is planning to recruit 139 full-time teaching staff with a master's degree and a doctoral degree in 2025. According to the open recruitment policy of the Central and State organs' affiliated units, the university will publicly recruit personnel with a doctoral degree. The following is the relevant information:

(2)　 The Dalian Maritime University is the only national key university under the Ministry of Transport, and it is a "211 Project" and "Double First-Class" construction university. Over the years, the school has adhered to the principle of being rooted in maritime affairs, facing the ocean, and serving the transportation industry, and has accumulated a profound foundation for running a school and a distinctive industry color.

Have normal physical and mental conditions to perform the duties of a full-time teacher. 6. Have the ability to perform the duties of a full-time teacher. 7. Have a doctoral degree (and a master's degree) from a regular higher education institution, meet the requirements of the subject and research direction of the teaching position, and see the specific plan below. 8. The recruitment is open to 2025 domestic university graduates (including domestic university graduates who have not found employment within two years) under the age of 35 (born after January 1, 1990, and the like). The recruitment of in-service personnel is open to those who meet the conditions for the middle-level position, with an age limit of 35 years old; those who meet the conditions for the senior-level position, with an age limit of 40 years old; and those who meet the conditions for the senior-level position, with an age limit of 50 years old; academic achievements are outstanding, have made significant contributions to their field, have gained recognition from their peers at home and abroad, and have the ability to lead a team to collaborate and make breakthroughs. National high-level talent project entrants and other high-level talents, with particularly outstanding conditions, can have their age limits relaxed. 9. The following individuals are not eligible for recruitment: - Those who have been dismissed from public office within the past five years. - Those who have been punished with a criminal sentence. - Those who have been expelled from the Party and public office. - Those who have received a severe warning or administrative punishment. - Those who have been dismissed from their labor relationship due to disciplinary or illegal conduct. - Those who have been recognized as having committed serious violations of examination and recruitment discipline in public recruitment examinations and are currently subject to a ban. - Those who are suspected of violating discipline or law and are under investigation. - Those who are serving a penalty. - Those who have been listed on the credit blacklist. - Those who have engaged in academic dishonesty or other unprofessional behavior. - Those who are subject to other restrictions on employment in public institutions.

(13)　 （八）招聘2025年国内高校应届博士毕业生（含两年择业期内未落实工作单位的国内高校毕业生），年龄不超过35周岁（1990年1月1日及以后出生，以下类推）。招聘社会在职人员，符合中级岗位任职条件的，年龄一般不超过35周岁；符合副高级岗位任职条件的，年龄一般不超过40周岁；符合正高级岗位任职条件的，年龄一般不超过50周岁；学术造诣高深，在本领域具有重大影响，取得国内外同行公认的重要成果，具有带领团队协同攻关的能力的知名专家学者，国家高层次人才项目入选者及其他同层次人才，条件特别优秀者，年龄可适当放宽。

(24)　 报名时间为公告发布之日起至2025年12月31日止。名额有限，招满为止。

(25)　 应聘人员向学校招聘邮箱投递应聘材料，邮件标题以“应聘专任教师岗位+应聘者姓名+毕业院校+所学学科专业”命名。

(26)　 应聘材料包括《应聘大连海事大学专任教师报名登记表》（详见附件2）、身份证、已取得的学历及学位证书等。

(27)　 应聘人员须如实填写有关信息和提交材料。凡因本人填写信息和提交材料错误而导致的一切后果自行负责；弄虚作假、违纪违规的，一经查实，取消其应聘资格，并按照《事业单位公开招聘违纪违规行为处理规定》（人社部第35号令）处理。构成犯罪的，依法追究其法律责任。

(29)　 资格审查工作由学校负责，贯穿公开招聘全过程。根据招聘条件、学科专业（研究方向）实际需要和履行岗位职责匹配程度，对应聘材料进行资格审查，确认参加考核人员名单。

(30)　 学校对符合条件的人员视报名情况分批组织考试，招聘岗位人数与实际通过资格审查人数之比达到1:3可以开考，达不到该比例的，由学校公开招聘工作领导小组集体研究决定是否按实际通过资格审查人数组织考试。

(31)　 （三）考试

(32)　 考试形式为面试考核。面试考核的主要方式是试讲和学术答辩。学校本着公开、公正、公平的原则，对参加考核人员的教学能力、学术水平、科研潜力等进行综合评价，以无记名评分及投票表决方式确定考核结果。综合评价总分100分，获得60分及以上且获得三分之二及以上同意票为考核合格线。按招聘岗位1:1的比例确定考察人员名单。考核不合格者，取消进入下一环节资格。

(33)　 考核前，学校现场审查考核人员的资历条件和相关证书的真实性，对证件不全或资质不符的，取消考核资格。

(34)　 考核环节所需材料以及考核时间、地点由学校另行通知。

(36)　 考察一般采取同考察人选面谈、函询、查阅人事档案、由所在单位出具情况介绍或实地走访等方式进行，对人选思想政治表现、道德品质、工作能力等情况进行考察。重点考察其是否符合深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，热爱中国共产党、热爱祖国、热爱人民等政治要求。考察不合格的，取消进入下一环节资格。

(37)　 （五）复核把关

(38)　 学校对通过考察的人员进行复核把关。

(39)　 学校根据《关于推开教职员工准入查询工作的通知》要求，对通过考察的人员进行准入查询，经查询发现有《关于建立教职员工准入查询性侵违法犯罪信息制度的意见》《关于落实从业禁止制度的意见》规定情形的，或经查询发现有丧失教师资格信息和在撤销教师资格期限内的，均不予聘用。

(41)　 体检标准参照最新《公务员录用体检通用标准》执行。通过考察的人员，自行到全国三甲医院进行，体检费用自理。

(43)　 根据考核成绩、考察结果、准入查询结果、体检结果，经校长办公会研究，确定拟聘人员。在招聘公告发布渠道对拟聘人员进行公示，公示时间5个工作日。

(44)　 公示期满，对没有问题或者反映的问题不影响聘用的人员，学校按照规定程序办理聘用手续；对反映有严重问题并查有实据的，不予聘用；对反映有严重问题，但一时难以查实的，暂缓聘用，待查实并作出结论后再决定是否聘用。
