Summary
(1) The people's governments of various cities, counties, and districts, as well as the working departments and directly affiliated institutions of the provincial people's government, are hereby notified that in order to maintain uniformity of the rule of law and promote the development of the private economy, the provincial government has conducted a review of the current effective administrative normative documents issued by the provincial government and the provincial government's office, and has decided to abolish 8 such documents in light of the changes in laws, regulations, and policies. These abolished documents will take effect on the date of their publication.
