(1)　 The Inner Mongolia Feng Dong Jointly Created Digital Technology Co., Ltd. has been approved to engage in the production and operation of broadcasting and television programs. According to the Regulations on the Administration of Broadcasting and Television Program Production and Operation issued by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (Order No. 34), the company has been granted a permit to engage in the production and operation of broadcasting and television programs. The permit, numbered (Meng) 630, is valid from May 27, 2025 to May 26, 2027.

(2)　 The company is allowed to produce and operate the following types of broadcasting and television programs: documentary, column, variety shows, animated films, radio dramas, television dramas, and other broadcasting and television programs. The company can engage in production, replication, and distribution. However, it is prohibited from producing news programs, especially those related to politics, and similar types of programs. When producing historical dramas, theoretical documentary films, and other types of programs, the company must comply with the regulations issued by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television.

(3)　 The company must also obtain approval from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Radio and Television Bureau before producing animated films and television dramas. The permit issued to the company cannot be altered, rented, transferred, sold, or forged in any way. If the company's name, legal representative, address, or charter change, it must report to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Radio and Television Bureau for approval. If the company terminates its broadcasting and television program production and operation activities, it must notify the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Radio and Television Bureau within one week. The company must also report to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Radio and Television Bureau before exporting broadcasting and television programs or sending them abroad for display and broadcasting activities.

(5)　 三、你公司应严格按照《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》核准的制作经营范围开展业务活动，制作经营活动必须遵守国家法律、法规和有关政策。不得制作时政新闻及同类专题、专栏等广播电视节目。制作重大革命和历史题材电视剧、理论文献电视专题片等广播电视节目，须按照国家广播电视总局的有关规定执行。制作动画片、电视剧，应经自治区广播电视局审核并办理有关手续。

(6)　 四、所颁发的《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》严禁以任何方式涂改、租借、转让、出售和伪造。《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》载明的制作机构名称、法定代表人、地址和章程等事项发生变更，应报自治区广播电视局履行变更审批手续；终止广播电视节目制作经营活动，应在1周内到自治区广播电视局办理注销手续。

(7)　 五、出口广播电视节目或送广播电视节目到境外参加展示播映活动，应提前上报自治区广播电视局。
