Summary

(1)　 The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the New China Construction Corps' Culture, Sports, Radio, Film, and Tourism Bureau are organizing the 2025 National Private Art Performance Groups Exchange and Display Activity to be held in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province and Fuyang, Anhui Province in June 2025.

(2)　 The event aims to promote the development of private art performance groups. The activity will be held simultaneously in Taizhou and Fuyang, with Taizhou focusing on traditional Chinese opera performances and Fuyang on music, dance, acrobatics, and other performances. Online broadcasts and live streaming will also be conducted in conjunction with the events in the two cities.

(3)　 The specific arrangements for the event are as follows:

(5)　 - A showcase of private art performance groups' traditional Chinese operas, with each group performing a 90-150 minute show.

(6)　 Fuyang will feature:

(7)　 - A showcase of private art performance groups' music, dance, acrobatics, and other performances, with each group performing a 10-minute show.

(8)　 Both cities will also host online broadcasts and live streaming.

(9)　 Eligible private art performance groups can submit their applications to their respective provincial cultural and tourism departments. The application requirements are as follows:

(10)　 - Each province can submit one excellent traditional Chinese opera performance, one music performance, one dance performance, one acrobatics performance, and one variety performance. - The performances must not have any copyright disputes. - The performances must meet the following requirements: - Traditional Chinese opera: a complete performance, no more than 150 minutes long, with a strong artistic value and a clear representation of the art form. - Music: a performance that showcases the art form's characteristics, with a maximum of 15 performers, and a duration of 5-10 minutes. - Dance: a performance that showcases the art form's characteristics, with a maximum of 20 performers, and a duration of 6-10 minutes. - Acrobatics: a performance that showcases the art form's characteristics, with a maximum of 15 performers, and a duration of 10 minutes. - Variety performances: a performance that showcases the art form's characteristics, with a maximum of 12 performers, and a duration of 12 minutes.

(11)　 The application materials required are:

(12)　 - A completed application form, both in paper and electronic format. - A high-definition video of the performance, with subtitles and no special logos or advertisements. - An electronic version of the script and 5 high-definition photos. - The application deadline is May 25, 2025, and the materials should be sent to the relevant authorities in Taizhou and Fuyang.

(13)　 The organizers have the right to record and broadcast the performances, and participants are required to follow the organizers' arrangements. The organizers will cover the costs of venue rental, transportation, and accommodation for participants during the event.

(12)　 活动在浙江省台州市和安徽省阜阳市同步举行。其中，台州市开展戏曲类活动，阜阳市开展音乐、舞蹈、曲艺、杂技类活动，同期开展线上演播、直播，两地配套开展相关文艺活动。

(18)　 五、申报要求

(19)　 （一）申报主体和数量。各省级文化和旅游行政部门统一开展展演剧目、节目申报工作，申报对象为本省（区、市）范围内民营文艺表演团体创排的优秀剧目和节目。每个省（区、市）、新疆生产建设兵团申报1部优秀戏曲剧目，申报优秀音乐、舞蹈、曲艺、杂技节目各1个。将为经遴选入围参演的民营文艺表演团体颁发参演证书。

(20)　 （二）申报作品须确保不存在版权方面的争议。

(21)　 （三）作品要求。

(22)　 1. 戏曲类别。完整戏曲剧目，不限剧种、题材、类型；思想精深、艺术精湛、制作精良，演出经久不衰，为人民群众喜闻乐见；坚守艺术本体，彰显剧种特色尤其是表演精粹和音乐特点；时长为90—150分钟。

(23)　 2. 音乐类别。声乐演唱、器乐演奏、音乐剧片段表演等均可，声乐不限唱法、不限形式，器乐不限种类、不限组合；坚守艺术本体，彰显本艺术品种特色，为人民群众喜闻乐见；声乐演唱时长5分钟以内，器乐演奏时长7分钟以内，音乐剧片段表演时长10分钟以内，每个节目演员限15人以内，鼓励原创。

(24)　 3. 舞蹈类别。独舞、群舞、舞剧片段表演等均可，不限舞种；坚守艺术本体，彰显本艺术品种特色，为人民群众喜闻乐见；独舞时长6分钟以内，群舞时长8分钟以内，舞剧片段表演时长10分钟以内，群舞、舞剧片段表演演员20人以内，鼓励原创。

(25)　 4. 曲艺类别。鼓书类、相声小品评书类、脱口秀、曲艺剧和话剧片段均可；坚守艺术本体，彰显本艺术品种特色，为人民群众喜闻乐见；每个节目时长12分钟以内，鼓书类、曲艺剧和话剧片段演员12人以内，鼓励原创。

(26)　 5. 杂技类别。杂技、马戏、魔术、滑稽均可；坚守艺术本体，彰显本艺术品种特色，为人民群众喜闻乐见；每个节目时长10分钟以内，演员15人以内，鼓励原创。

(27)　 （四）中小型作品创作座谈会有关要求。参会人员由各省级文化和旅游行政部门推选，要求思想素质高、政治觉悟强，所管理的院团组织规范、团队优良、业绩突出，特别是在创作中小型节目方面有心得体会，具有代表性。音乐、舞蹈、曲艺、杂技类民营文艺表演团体负责人均可，限额1名。

(30)　 （二）近期高清演出视频（需呈现台词、唱词、剧目名称、角色名称等相关字幕，不需给观众镜头，并保证尽量没有黑场，无中场休息，输出信号无台标，无特殊 logo、二维码，无广告植入，视频分辨率在1080p以上）。

(31)　 （三）电子版剧本和高清剧照5张。

(37)　 （二）参加人员往返交通费用自理，活动期间的场租费用、在台州市、阜阳市的交通、食宿费用由举办方承担。
