(1)  The Ministry of Transport's Department of Highway Administration has released a revised version of the "Specifications for Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Highway Maintenance Engineering (First Edition)" (JTG 5220) to address issues that have arisen since its publication. (4)  During the combined inspection of completed and in-progress projects, the skid resistance requirements for SMA surface layer should be implemented in accordance with the first point above.

(5)  The surface layer of SMA should meet the requirements specified in the design documents and the "Specifications for Asphalt Pavement Construction Technology" (JTG F40).

(6)  The device used for detecting the lateral friction coefficient should have a valid calibration certificate. The detection of lateral friction coefficient should be carried out in accordance with the "Specifications for Highway Pavement Field Testing" (JTG 3450).

(2)  《公路养护工程质量检验评定标准 第一册 土建工程》(JTG 5220,以下简称《标准》)发布以来,在指导全国公路养护工程质量检验工作中发挥了重要作用。《标准》第5.2.2条规定沥青混凝土面层抗滑“应符合设计要求”,近期部分地方反映,由于一些项目设计文件未提出明确要求,在高速公路养护工程的竣(交)工验收过程中,出现了无据可依、执行标准不统一的问题。为确保公路养护工程的科学性与规范性,经组织专家研究论证和全面调研实践,现对《标准》5.2.2条补充说明如下:

(3)  一、交工验收时,高速公路养护工程沥青玛蹄脂碎石(SMA)路面表面层抗滑技术指标应符合设计文件要求,设计文件无明确要求时应符合下表的规定。

(4)  二、竣工验收时,高速公路养护工程SMA路面表面层抗滑技术指标应符合设计文件要求。设计文件无明确要求时,横向力系数应不低于40,构造深度应不低于0.45mm。

(5)  三、竣(交)工合并验收时,高速公路养护工程SMA路面表面层抗滑技术要求应按本文件第一条的规定执行。

(6)  四、SMA路面表面层粗集料磨光值应满足设计文件及《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40)的要求。

(7)  五、横向力系数检测设备应具有在有效期内的计量检定或校准证书。横向力系数的检测应严格按《公路路基路面现场测试规程》(JTG 3450)的规定进行。
