Summary

(1)　 The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has announced that, based on the "Regulations on the Management of Registered Construction Engineers" (Order No. 153 of the Ministry of Construction), the "Implementation Rules for Level 1 Construction Engineer Registration" (Circular No. 101 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2007), and the "Announcement on the Administrative Permit Items and Content Implemented by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development" (Announcement No. 278 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development), 26524 applicants for Level 1 Construction Engineer registration, including Yan Mingtian, have met the registration requirements and been granted registration. Individuals whose applications were not approved can check the reason for non-registration on the "Latest Progress Inquiry" section of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's administrative service portal and print out their "Notification of Unapproved Registration for Level 1 Construction Engineer" themselves.

(1)　 根据《注册建造师管理规定》（建设部令第153号）、《一级建造师注册实施办法》（建市〔2007〕101号）和《关于建设部机关直接实施的行政许可事项有关规定和内容的公告》（建设部公告第278号）规定，经审核，闫明田等26524名申请一级建造师注册的人员符合注册条件，准予注册。未批准注册的人员，可通过住房城乡建设部政务服务门户“最新进度查询”栏目查询不予注册原因，并可自行打印《申请一级建造师注册不予许可告知书》。
