(6)  一、实施定向招聘。自2020年起,省、市组织事业单位公开招聘时,对参加疫情防控的一线合同制医护人员,实行所在单位定向招聘,年龄放宽至45周岁。

(7)  二、实行职称倾斜。参加支援湖北和在省内收治确诊病患定点医院从事新冠肺炎治疗的一线医护人员,可提前一年申报高级职称,并免除基层服务经历、科研论文、继续教育要求,评聘不受岗位职数限制。

(8)  三、提供岗位支持。一线医护人员可提前晋升岗位等级,取得相应职称的直接聘任,不受单位岗位结构比例限制。专业技术二级岗位优先聘用参加疫情防控的一线医务人员。

(9)  四、落实工资待遇。对防控任务重、风险程度高的医疗卫生机构,核增不纳入基数的一次性绩效工资总量,额度不低于总量的10%;单位内部分配向一线人员倾斜。落实国家卫生防疫津贴政策,对参与新冠肺炎疫情防疫人员及时足额发放到位。

(10)  五、优化工伤服务。对因履行工作职责感染新冠肺炎的医护及相关工作人员,开辟工伤服务保障绿色通道,用人单位申请工伤认定时限延长至60日。各相关单位要主动跟踪服务,3个工作日内受理、认定、发放工伤待遇。

(11)  六、关爱身心健康。对援助湖北和省内参加疫情防控的一线医护人员,疫情结束后由单位组织一次全面体检,所需费用由同级财政部门负担。切实做好一线医务人员轮休、补休工作,休假期间薪酬待遇不受影响。

(12)  七、强化表彰激励。根据《事业单位工作人员奖励规定》,开展及时奖励。对获得嘉奖、记功、记大功的人员,在一次性奖金基础上,可以追加其他物质奖励。对作出突出贡献的医务团队和个人,给予及时性表彰。

(13)  八、宣传典型事迹。积极开展“最美战疫人”等评选工作,深入挖掘宣传贡献突出的医务团队和个人先进事迹,讲好感人故事,凝聚强大力量,形成全社会崇敬、关爱医务工作者的良好氛围。

(14)  九、加强人文关怀。对支援湖北的一线医务人员家属、省内一线医务人员及家属,相关单位、社会志愿者实行“一对一”帮扶和专人对口慰问帮扶,优先保障防护物资和防护设备,提供心理疏导服务,帮助解决日常生活需求、照顾老人小孩等困难。
